Headstrong collaborator Catherine McNally (Actor, Boston Marriage; Director/Dramaturge, Salt) is teaching an Intensive On Camera Acting Class for Theatre Actors on March 19-20, 2016.
This will be a rigourous, no holding back workshop for theatre actors who want to transition from theatre to T.V. & film. Each actor will learn how to audition for the camera, explore scene work, quick preparation skills, cold reads, and nail the most difficult of parts (the “actor” role), while exploring the relationship between performer and camera.

Catherine is an international award winning actor who works extensively in theatre and film. She has received the prestigious Christopher Plummer fellowship award, Tyrone Guthrie Award, NOW’s top ten (#3), and a Dora nomination. She has been in co-starring and recurring roles on film and T.V. Most recently: 12 Monkeys, Charming Christmas, Reign, Rogue, Saving Hope, Lost And Found, Murdoch Mysteries, Flashpoint, The Whistleblower, Love, Sex, and Eating the Bones (TIFF), Webdultery, Doc, Odyssey 5, Killing Me Softly, Roxana, Get a Clue. Catherine is acting teacher at University of Toronto, Armstrong Acting Studios and well as a private acting coach.
